Otokom grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LocalScript on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
LocalScript performs voice transcription locally using on-device machine learning models (Whisper). You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your local voice recordings and transcripts. LocalScript provides built-in encrypted local export & backup functionality.
LocalScript offers a Pro Lifetime purchase option. This is a one-time, non-subscription payment granting perpetual access to all Pro features on supported iOS and macOS platforms under your Apple ID Universal Purchase.
LocalScript is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While OpenAI Whisper provides high accuracy, transcription results may vary depending on audio clarity and environment.
